Soak methi seeds in water in a single day. Subsequent day tie them in a muslin fabric and stay in a heat position or in a casserole for 1 day.
After 24 hours, open the material and you’ll see the sprouts. You’ll get about 1/3 cup methi seeds sprouts from 1/eight cup methi seeds.
